We understand that unexpected circumstances may compel you to cancel your subscription. To address these issues, we have created the following SERP Triumph cancellation and refund policy.
Service Cancellation Policy
Digital Marketing Services: To terminate any ongoing digital marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, or social media management, you must provide written notification at least 30 days before the service’s anticipated expiration date.
Web Design & Development: You can cancel web design and development projects within 14 days of their start date. Any cancellations made after this time will result in fines based on the amount of work already completed.
Refund Policy
Digital Marketing Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing and the resources necessary, we do not provide refunds for services already provided. Prepaid services that have not yet begun, on the other hand, can be fully returned, less any administrative fees.
Web Design & Development Services: If you cancel your web design project during the first 14 days, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on the work completed. Refunds will not be issued beyond 14 days.
Non-Refundable Services: Some services, such as paid advertising, third-party tool integrations, and personalized digital strategies, are non-refundable once they have commenced.
Exclusions
No refunds will be provided for domain purchases, hosting fees, or third-party software licenses that were procured during the project.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the services you have received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your service or product, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. While refunds are not guaranteed once services have been performed, we strive for client satisfaction and may offer additional services or adjustments to meet your requirements.
Changes to Policy
SERP Triumph has the right to update or modify this policy at any time, with any changes taking effect immediately upon publishing on our website, serptriumph.ae. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
